Introduction

Pourateb, medical and Pharmaceutical company has started its official activities in 1999 and during its years of operation has expanded and developed enormously. It has currently about 100 employees including a team of well experienced specialist, physicians and pharmacists. Pourateb is the leading supplement importer company. Being exclusive representative of the famous and well known American & European pharmaceutical companies which shaped us as a well positioned firm in domestic market providing great market coverage and an outstanding company in the country. The product portfolio that we are carrying are focused in the areas of Pharmaceuticals, food & sport supplements, beauty and cosmetics and personal care products.

Organization & Structure

Currenly has 100 staffs - a group of well educated & experienced individuals working in different departments and divisions:

Regulatory Affairs Department

A group of high profile pharmacists with a well established relationship with Iran MOH to answer challenging questions arising from the review of dossiers, PMF, PIAF and ... required for registration of new products

Business Development Department

Design and implement strategic planning & Business Models

Marketing Department

Undertaking necessary studies and marketing surveys to achieve marketing goals. This division includes 65 professional dedicated Medical Representatives and qualified aesthetic visitors each looking after their area of expertise and target market.

Financial Department

Responsible for the financial operations, forecasts & inventories to maintain maximum profitability performances.

Administration Department

Responsible for general office duties & assisting staff members with internal functions Sales & Distribution Department Pourapakhsh, our own specialized distribution company constructed in an area of more than 150,000 sf² - with professional dedicated teams facilitate the achievement of marketing objectives & goals.

Research & Development Department

In charge of carrying out researches based on the market needs, innovation & products supply status. Identifying and conducting an initial assessment of pharmaceutical/beauty cosmetic market opportunities through broad market research activities also developing and exploiting business opportunities by making cooperation agreements with renowned pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, medical devices & equipment manufacturing companies around the world.

Advertising Department

In charge of promotional activities carried out through ATL (Media and Publication and BTL (incentive program for both retailers and consumers) , regular advertising programs in the high circulated medical, pharmaceutical, beauty & cosmetic magazines and journals, organizing seminars and conferences in different segments of health care & beauty industry and preparing catalogues, brochures and leaflets.

IT Department

Responsible for pharmaceutical databases and software design, data management networking and administration of entire system.

Warehouse

Two sophisticated warehouses in separated locations in the capital city considered for storing our imported products and advertising materials.
